1BR/1BA Campus Evolution Villages Sublease in Tuscaloosa, AL

I am starting school in May so I need to sublease my apartment as soon as possible! It is an amazing 1 bedroom one bathroom apartment. Includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and free wifi in the apartment. I looked all over Tuscaloosa and Northport before I found this apartment and I haven't seen a one bedroom apartment as big as mine anywhere. Every room is very spacious and there is an island that separates the kitchen from the living room so you wouldn't even need to buy a dining room table. The building that I live in is quiet and I have thoroughly enjoyed living there. I like my privacy, so this apartment was perfect for me. There are 3 floors and I live on the second floor. It's close to Shelton State as well as the University of Alabama, so if you are a student this apartment would be very convenient for you. During the time that I have been living there I have not been in school. I am a nurse. Living there was like being on a vacation from work because I was always able to come home to my nice apartment and relax haha! The amenities there are the best in town. There are 8 swimming pools, a car wash, a sand volleyball court, a trail for walking a swing set that hangs from a gazebo, hammocks, tanning beds, and a tennis court. The main office has just recently been renovated and it looks amazing. There is a gym that has been extended, BBQ grills for anyone to use, a pool table, a Foosball table, multiple TV's, a computer lab, study areas, and even a little store to buy snacks. You name it, they have it! Also, the security is very strict. There is a security guard at the gate every night and over 900 cameras in the complex. I honestly cannot think of a better place to live.
